1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through premishops.com, operated by M&G Family Angel Società Cooperativa By placing an order you accept these Terms. Governed by Italian law and EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and D.Lgs. 206/2005.

3. Products

We offer consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories. Descriptions and prices are subject to change.

4. Prices

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment – Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are paid exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD). No advance or card payment is accepted.

6. Order & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt. Contact us at info@premishops.com. Return shipping at your expense unless the product is defective.

8. Warranties

All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and D.Lgs. 206/2005.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Italian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Naples, Italy. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
